Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The easiest way is our cancellation form - you will receive a confirmation of receipt immediately.
How to send items back
Pack the unopened goods securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send them to the address in the withdrawal confirmation. Once the goods have arrived, we refund all payments including delivery costs, as described in the cancellation policy.
Good to know
Our bottles reach you sealed. For sealed products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once their seal has been broken after delivery.
