Have you received my order?
If you have placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation email within the next few minutes.
If you have not received an order confirmation from us, please first check your SPAM folder to see if the confirmation can be found there.
If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and we will take care of your request immediately.
Can I still change/cancel my order?
We'll do our best to change your order before it ships. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after the order has been submitted.
However, you are welcome to contact our customer service here and we will process/cancel your order manually.
When will I receive my package?
Once we receive and pay for your order, we will process it as quickly as possible.
Delivery of your package usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. Deliveries to other European countries take approximately 2 to 3 days.
You will always receive our shipments in neutral and discreet packaging.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
We will be happy to deliver your order to your desired address.
When ordering, you can specify a different address, e.g. your company address or a DHL Packstation.
Where is my package?
For shipments where this is possible, we will automatically provide you with a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
If you have created a customer account with us, you can also view the tracking link in your orders in your customer account at any time.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password" function at any time and have a new password sent to you.
You can then change this newly generated password back to your chosen password in your customer account.
Can I exchange or return items?
If you don't like an item, you can return it to us within 14 days.
Please contact us before any return.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the item within the deadline.
We will either exchange the item for a replacement of your choice or refund your money using the payment method you selected.
However, the prerequisite for an exchange is that the goods are complete, unused and undamaged and are returned to us with the original packaging.
For shrink-wrapped and/or sealed items, this means that we will only accept returns if the shrink wrap is unopened or the seal is intact.
Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What do I do if one of the items is defective?
You can return faulty items to us free of charge. We will provide you with a return slip, which you can request from our customer service.
Will I get my money back if I return the item?
If you do not like the delivered goods or they are defective, we will refund the value of the goods immediately after receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Do you also deliver poppers to Austria?
Yes, we deliver all poppers bottles discreetly and quickly to Austria.
What range of poppers do you have?
We have a large selection of poppers from the USA, Canada, UK, France and the Netherlands.
The bottles are available in different sizes, between 8 ml and 40 ml.
