Delivery & Shipping
We ship within Germany with either DPD or DHL for €6.95. Orders over €49 will even ship for free!
Shipping to all other EU countries costs €9.95, and here too, every order over €49 is free of shipping costs.
Shipping service provider
Depending on the EU country to which the shipment is to be sent, you can choose between the shipping service providers DHL and DPD.
Different delivery address
If you would like your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, such as your workplace, friends or neighbors, please enter this different address during the ordering process by clicking on "The delivery address differs from the billing address."
Important note: We always deliver in neutral packaging so that neither colleagues nor other people can determine the contents of the package!
If you have set up a customer account, you can save as many delivery addresses as you like there.
Delivery to DHL Packstation / Post Office
If you choose DHL for shipping, delivery to a Packstation or post office is possible.
Packstation
During the ordering process, you must click on the option "The delivery address differs from the billing address" and then select "Packstation / Post Office." Here you can enter your individual DHL customer number and the Packstation or post office number.
If you do not have the Packstation number handy, you can use the “Search Packstation / Post Office” button to find your correct Packstation by entering the corresponding postcode and town, and have the data automatically transferred to the order.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to a PO box or poste restante addresses.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has left our logistics center and been handed over to your chosen shipping partner, we will notify you via email. This email will contain the tracking number associated with your package and a direct link to track your order.
Please note that the tracking number only becomes active once it has been entered and updated by the shipping partner. If your number doesn't work immediately, please try again later.
Delivery via DHL
DHL will only attempt delivery once. If DHL is unable to find you in person at your specified delivery address, the package will be left either with a neighbor or at a nearby post office. You have the option of picking up your package from the post office within the following 7 business days. After this time, the package will be returned to our logistics center.
Lost shipment
If your package has not arrived within a maximum of five working days despite confirmed shipping, please contact our customer service.
